Today, a sales lady came by. She gave me enough notice that I was able to clean the part of the house she would be seeing. When she came to the door, the 2 year old was asleep, the 14 year old was working on Algebra, the 9 year old was working on his Saxon 54. After she was seated, the 4 year old came in and put on his charm.
I'm telling you this to say for a brief moment all was blissful. She saw a perfect homeschool setting. I don't know if she even noticed, but I did.
I don't want you to get the idea that it's always that way. It's just nice that when it is, someone was there who was unfamiliar with homeschooling to see it. I hope she left with a positive outlook on homeschooling.
