Prepare Graham Cracker Crust (any will do).
Press in bottom and sides of pan.
Filling Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 8 oz packages cream cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Topping Ingredients:
1 pint sour cream
6 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions:
Beat eggs, cheese, sugar and sugar for 20 minutes on medium speed.
Towards last, add vanilla and lemon juice.
Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
If adding Topping continue. I don't usually add the topping. We like just plain old cheesecake.
Remove cake from oven.
Turn oven to 450 degrees.
Mix topping ingredients together.
Spread on top of cake.
Bake 7 minutes.
